this has been a thinking week.
i realised i always wanted to go poly, because poly life is much less stressful and qing song den jc life.
but then i started thinking.
poly is wat i want, but is it wat my family wants?
yea, i know all the crap about 'what matters most is tt you're happy'
but sometimes, u just got to stop thinking abt yourself for awhile,
and think about wat will happen to the people arnd you if u make such a decision.
like, when my dad's fren says 'hey, my daughter made it to ngee ann poly'. my dad won't get to how lian and say that 'oh, mine made it to vjc.' but instead has to say 'mine made it to temasek poly'
simple and small thing, but guess it means alot to them.
i guess my results made everybody really disappointed :\
